E. Howard & Co., Boston, Mass., "Regulator No. 70", 8 day, weight brass movement wall timepiece. The dial is signed "U.S. L. H. Estab ".
CONDITION:
Refinished walnut case has some damage to the bottom bracket most likely caused by the weight cord breaking. The bracket has repaired cracks to the molding and nail holes. Original pendulum, Weight and hands. Weight baffle is a replacement.
